Labor-Health and Human Services-Education funding bill moving through Appropriations Committee

On June 17, 2015, the House Appropriations Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (aka Labor-HHS) Subcommittee approved the $153 billion Fiscal Year 2016 spending bill on a party-line vote.  The bill is $3.7 billion below the FY 2015 enacted level and $14.6 billion below the President’s budget request.
